Maca by Natrol is terrific and works to quit hot flashes when take two caps 3 times per day.

I purchased this a couple of days ago...now I guess it would take some time to see results considering it is like taking a vitamin to me...Nothing changed what so ever for me. Is this for true or is the Millegrams not sufficient. No power or absolutely nothing came out of them.
