I use maca to enable the symptoms of PCOS. I generally acquire the NOW Foods brand of maca, and it has worked excellent for me. Since it was out of stock, I attempted this brand. I was not happy with it at all. I had poor stomach cramping and felt sick just after taking it. I only took three pills and then trashed the rest. I under no circumstances had any side effects whatsoever taking the NOW Foods brand. I will go back to utilizing that.
