Omg.. Goods in most cases take a whilst to kick in but i felt the energy boost as soon as I awoke. Me and my hubby rolled about in the bed. I had energy to iron his clothes and make him breakfast. This is coming from someone who wakes up at 12 or later.. I usually felt tired but i feel way a great deal more alert now. Excellent item. The taste is not so negative its kinda sweet but I do advise capsule form. Plus it's standardized which is at all times preferred simply because your receiving what you need.
